Our Processes
Initial visit
After identifying potential growers, we visit them to generate a first approach and see the possibilities of offering them the export service.
Proposal presentation
After the initial meetings, we fine-tune the details and present our proposal to the growers
Technical assistance
All of our growers have a designated agronomist, who visits them regularly and assists them at all times. This, from the production stage to the shipment of the fruit to the factory and its process.
After sale
We have a department dedicated to visiting growers during or after harvest. Our goal is to review how the season was and the problems that arose in it, in order to make long-term improvements. In addition, a complaint handling system has been established to record the most recurrent problems and take substantive corrective actions.
