With more than 3,000 m2 of packing and 2,000 m2 of warehouses, the technology of our Las Mercedes factory in Pudahuel has the capacity to process more than 40 million kilos per season. In addition, it has HACCP & BRC certifications.

Cefrupal Factory in Quillota

Cefrupal Factory in Quillota

With more than 6,000 m2 of packing and 2,000 m2 of warehouse, our factory in Quillota can process Kiwis, Lemons, Clementine, Oranges, Tangerines, Avocados and Blueberries. Like the “Las Mercedes” factory, it has HACCP and BRC certifications.

We have a professional technical team trained in certification protocols, laboratory procedures and Post-Harvest technology. We work in compliance with certifications such as HACCP for the Food Protection Program and BRC in the case of the factories, and Global GAP for the farms, SMETA, COSTCO, Walmart and Rainforest.

Technologies

Las Mercedes factory has one of the most modern packaging and automation technologies on the market: state-of-the-art machines of French origin, carry out multifunctional processes for different fruit species, continuous emptying process, selection controlled by software, weight calibration, color, quality and shape, packaging, box collectors and synchronized transfer, box sealing and automatic palletizing, among others.
